1: We begin by consulting with you to determine your needs (i.e.,
purpose of survey, time schedule, level of detail, etc.). From that,
we can tailor our services to best suit your purposes.
Step 2:
On-site remeasurement is performed by specially trained and experienced
field personnel utilizing LEICA Distometer® (laser distance
measuring devices), which have been tested accurate to 1/16th
of an inch over 650 feet. In addition to accuracy, the Distometer®
is also fast and unobtrusive to the daily operations of your tenants
and clients.
Advances is
data collection and wireless technology allows our field personnel
to capture the measurement data digitally and then upload it to
our CAD technicians for development of AutoCAD floor plans. Eliminating
the need to create and/or mark-up paper floorplans in the field
has drastically reduced turn-around time for our clients - especially
beneficial for pre-acquisition due diligence surveys.
Step 3:
AutoCad floor plans are developed and the BOMA, REBNY, GWCAR or
other standard applied and square footage numbers calculated.
Step 4:
Our deliverables include a full-color Executive Summary report
that clearly indicates the rentable square footage, BOMA, REBNY,
GWCAR (or other) space calculations. The report also includes
AutoCAD floor plans (.DWG & .DXF files) and Adobe® (.PDF)
files for use with your office applications and for export to
facilities managers, space planners and architects.
